Jamaica has potential in software market…no kidding!

Minister with responsibility for Information, Telecommunications and Special Projects, Daryl Vaz, believes Jamaica has the potential to gain a competitive edge in developing software applications for global use.

Well now that Minister Vaz has had an epiphany about this, albeit 5-7 years late, which is typical for government officials, maybe we can get some meaningful support for the industry.
