QuickCart Rides Just launched in Beta in Jamaica

QuickCart Rides, the Uber and InDriver competitor from Jamaica’s leading Online Food Ordering and Delivery company, QuickCart just launched in BETA this week. This comes two weeks after a Twitter-dropped hint by Founder and CEO Monique Powell and a month after entering the Trinidad and Tobago market.

In an email sent to those who signed up months ago, QuickCart Rides stated that “All beta testers who are part of this list will get $500 JMD added to their QuickCart Rides wallet by the next business day. Those who responded to the survey we sent out earlier this year, will get $1,500 JMD just like we promised.”

They followed up with the parameters of this Beta phase of the ridesharing service:

-“During the beta testing phase of the service rollout, there will not be as many drivers as there will be after the launch.

-We did some pretty heavy testing during the alpha testing phase but if something doesn’t work as it should, please let us know by using the chat support inside the app.”

And of course, they launched a referral system with the BETA, even though they’re still in the beta testing phase. You can “still go ahead and use the refer-a-friend feature (you’ll get $250 in your QuickCart Rides wallet every time one of those friends signs up…your friend will get $250 too)” the email said.

QuickCart Rides App is available for both Android and iOS platforms.
