Our first Annual Caribbean Women in Tech Top 50 List is Out. We’re Excited. These Women Are Amazing!

On Girls in ICT Day Thursday, April 23rd, 2021 we at SiliconCaribe released our First Annual Caribbean Women in Tech Top 50 List.  This stellar list has 50 Women from 14 Countries operating inside 24 tech industry Sectors.

These Women Are Remarkable!

Our judges who are themselves of course stellar in their achievements as Caribbean Women in Tech themselves had the task of assessing just over 140 nominations that came in from our open call online. They processed it through very specific criteria:

• Years in Tech
• Impact
• Leadership
• Firsts
• Game-Changing
• Technical Accomplishments

• These criteria were coupled with research and many deliberations. We wanted it to be super clear that these women earned their way onto this List. This List is meant to set the bar high for excellence as well as to be an unforgettable message to Caribbean Girls and Caribbean Young Women- that there are so many opportunities in the Tech Space for a great career or to start a phenomenal business. We also wanted the Women on this List to meet their peers, as sometimes we don’t even know who else is out there!     We’re so happy to share them with you now.
