This award-winning startup based in Grenada can be easily described like this- as if Uber and Airbnb had a baby. This is how they describe themselves – “I’m Local provides on-demand experiences to tourists, students and locals in the Caribbean. We then connect our users in the real world who are interested in sharing similar experiences. Our network uses game like elements to engage, motivate & reward our users, to explore the real world and interact with real people. Users start off as a Tourist and work their way up to become a Local, then Local VIP and eventually a Local Celebrity, unlocking special perks, discounts and rewards along the way.” Watch The Video
