Based on the trends we’ve seen this past year, in addition to the secret previews we’ve been privy to, we know Web and Mobile Applications from Caribbean Developers are gonna pop next year. We’ve seen lots of experimentation from Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados. We’ve witnessed a bunch of flameout apps, those that were not able to sustain interest and users and we’ve seen some starts rising.
It is in recognition of that, we chose to create a Caribbean apps directory for developers, investors and readers. Developers and entrepreneurs can get theirs listed. At this time though, we only list web and mobile apps that have achieved a minimum of 500 monthly active users. If you’ve just launched or about to launch, do send us an email siliconcaribe@gmail.com to give us a preview, send us a press release as it’s possible that we’ll write you up. Submit your Caribbean Web or Mobile App here
