LIME at the centre of Mobile Banking Launch in Eastern Caribbean

LIME, one of the Caribbean’s full service telecomms provider, has partnered with ECIC Holdings Ltd and a number of Eastern Caribbean banks to launch a Mobile banking solution. It will allow LIME’s customers with accounts at any of the member banks, to access their bank information, pay bills and conduct other banking transactions from their mobile phones securely.

The Mobile banking service will be run on LIME’s messaging platform in the five islands where the service has been launched – Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia and Turks and Caicos. The participating banks in these islands are: the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited (National), the First National Bank St. Lucia Ltd, TCI Bank of the Turks and Caicos, ABI Bank Ltd. of Antigua and the National Bank of Dominica.
