Animae Caribe-Caribbean Animation and New Media Festival

Trinidad- Started six years ago by Camille Selvon-Abrahams, a Trinidadian, Animae Caribe is slated for its annual Caribbean Animation and New Media Festival at the University of the West Indies, St Augistine, Trinidad in October 2007. Animators and New Media designers from Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Dominica, Cuba, Belize, Anguilla, Martinique, Suriname, Guadeloupe, Guyana and the Bahamas have been attending the festival, winning awards and attending workshops.
