Digicel and Flow Merger Rumour

Kingston,Jamaica- OK warning. This one is wild, but we couldn’t resist putting this one out there. International Industry rumour mill spins the story that Digicel and Flow may be merging. Why, well global mobile providers like Digicel here in Jamaica and the Caribbean are doing just that-merging with companies like Flow. Flow has the landline link Digicel wants, even as they work to launch WIMAX big time before year end.And we might add, who knows what is coming especially since MiPhone has been bought up by America Movil, a Latin American company owned by the richest man in the world, Carlos Slim. And to think we were wathing the closeness of Digicel and Vodafone.Worry not, we’re working on getting more details on this.
