Caribbean Job hunting gets easier for locals and expats

Barbados/Jamaica – With the freedom of movement now in effect for most CARICOM countries, professionals and skilled workers can now move freely about the region and job sites are helping to fuel the island hopping. All that’s coupled with a healthy flow of expatriates in the region, especially Jamaica, because of significant increase of investing Europeans(Irish, British,Spanish) in the tourism, tech and telecom sector.

So we culled the Web, Googled like crazy, let our fingers walk through newspaper pages to come up with the top job sites list led by the two big guns – SplashJamaica.com and Caribbeanjobs.com ( both by the way owned by European expats with executive day jobs).

The jobsites we found are varied, some are industry focused e.g. tourism jobs, but most are general and come from varying Caribbean countries. From Curacao and Anguilla to Trinidad and Jamaica.
