OUR FIRSTS, SO FAR AS WE SUPPORTED CARIBBEAN ENTREPRENEURS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CARIBBEAN TECH STARTUP ECOSYSTEM.

  • First and longest-running Tech Startup Community Meetup in Jamaica and the Caribbean, Kingston BETA  and we kickstarted the Jamaican Tech Startup Scene and been helping to build out the Caribbean Tech Ecosystem and drive DIgital Caribbean. (February 2007)
    -Had over 200 Tech Meetups that have seen over 100,000 people directly impacted, and over 350 Entrepreneurs from 10 Caribbean countries plus the US, UK, and Canadian who’ve pitched at our events.
  • First Caribbean Tech Entrepreneurship Conference, Caribbean BETA ( 2011)
  • Had 2 Caribbean Tech Entrepreneurship Conferences ( Caribbean BETA) that had 32 teams pitch their ideas, 500 attendees from 6 Caribbean countries attendees. This Caribbean Tech Conference brought Silicon Valley and Silicon Alley investors and entrepreneurs to Jamaica.
  • First Startup Weekend Jamaica ( 2013)
  • Technical Managed the Caribbean’s first Agriculture Hackathon called AgriHack Caribbean across 6 Caribbean countries.
